Terms of use

Rookiez is a free game inspired by the motorcycle races. It only requires to follow certain rules of behavior, which are simple and dictated by common sense. Anyone who believes someone is violating these rules, should report the misconduct to the appropriate Game Masters: anyone who violates these rules will be disqualified from Rookiez with immediate effect. The GM (Game Masters) have full power to decide if someone violates the rules. Each person is given only one team and it is absolutely forbidden to use a second account. The owner of a team must be the one who manages it, this means that he can not allow family or friends to access his team, which is striclty personal. Finally, it is not allowed to leave his team to anyone else because it would not be fair to people who are on the waiting list to play and must start from scratch. For all situations not explicitly described in the rules, the GM have decision-making power and are authorized to resolve in the spirit of these rules.

The economic availability is a key aspect in Rookiez and so it is important that no team can benefit from illegal activity on the transfer market. This means that all the offers must have a consistency that can be considered reasonable for the treaty in question, is not only forbidden to manage multiple teams, but also to "help" others. The GM is fully authorized to cancel or adjust exaggerated bids, to fine the teams involved or even to ban users that are parties to these behaviors. Access to the site or information contained therein is allowed only through the use of a browser and clicking on links, or through applications approved as CRP (Certified Rookiez Product). This also means that it is not allowed to manually edit the field of your browser to access specific information on the site after login.

Rookiez was designed to allow any user to have fun: everyone must be able to do so, always.
 
It is considered strictly prohibited:

  • To insult, threaten or be vulgar, via e-mail or through the of Rookiez communication services.
  • To send numerous unsolicited messages (spam), for example, to advertise a driver or motorcycle that is for sale.
  • To keep a non-civil behavior, using a blasphemous language (or images, or other). This applies both to the game and the forums.
  • Trying to sabotage or steal material owned by Rookiez developers or encourage others to do so. This is extended to everything that is protected by copyright, servers, software or otherwise.
  • To cheat in any way, such using passwords groped to identify others.
  • Trying to come into possession of information hidden on the servers.
  • To perform a scanning of the site, or create, deploy and use applications that automates parts of the game, unless they have been approved by the Rookiez developers. It is not allowed to include parts of the site into other sites or applications.
  • To make available or to access tools that provide and/or allow viewing information related to Rookiez, including details about your account or team, if those instruments do not have a regular CRP license.

Failure to comply with this or other rules page may drive to the termination of your account.
